NSTP helped in my intellectual and social development. Specifically, the Literacy Training Service (LTS) assisted me in cultivating the abilities, capacity, and mindset required to teach others. It gave me early experience teaching literacy and numeracy to Filipino youth, which will be helpful to me as a future educator.
