Borirao's Educational Philosophy

In the diverse abilities of every student, there are several ways to recognize each attribute that one possesses. Learning starts from adaptation of an individual to what she or he sees in the environment. By the process of socialization, we can adapt various information to the people we've seen each day we communicate. Perhaps, it started by the day we face the world. Though we have different innate abilities, we still acquire the ideas that help us to improve and develop the capabilities to do such things.The theory of intelligence by Howard Gardner is one of the instances to acknowledge the students ability to adopt. “Students have different ways to learn and acquire information for the use of understanding educators' strategy to adjust their learning styles” (Top Hat, 2022). Teachers have a big role in integrating the ideas and information to the students. In a learning situation inside the classroom, the teacher's major role is to be flexible on the different fields of teaching as their way to deliver knowledge. Learning can have one way, two way process or more. It implies that learning happens in a different field, as we live each day, we thought that we didn’t acquire other learnings but as actions and experiences we passed through there are relevant learnings we can associate within ourselves. It can also be past mistakes that we are able to innovate by positively changing and developing our characteristics, enabling us to make good decisions and apply the learning that we had in a particular situation. Experiential learning manipulates the idea of reflecting and analyzing the information that you have. However, learning tends to be visible as the performance and potential can be seen to an individual.It determines the future action and decision that will make a student to become participative to the community and nation that she/he is involved in. In successful learning, It is by means of applying the ideas that you acquire as an individual. It should be perennial that enables the learners to pass it on as time goes by. “Change is the only constant in the World”, the different ideas and learnings happened in our world especially in the emergence of technology, adaptation to the following information is relevant because this empowers the citizens to have integrating additional knowledge not only in community but the society itself. It should last for centuries and the priority of this learning should be applicable to any aspects of the long lasting learnings. The Global aims, serve as the guide on what learning and ideas we should acquire and deliver within each other. More importantly, that information should be flexible; it could be a personal and social learnings that innovated our critical thinking skills. In socialreconstructionism theory, critical thinking skills in students were utilized. Though it can be personal growth, society has a role to develop the skills of every individual. As a future educator, the learning strategies and guidelines will be a primary objective to be learned that operates my skills in a learning situation. Lastly, process determines the effectiveness of a person to acquire knowledge.


      Teaching can be interactive with different people wherein the process is depending on the strategy of the educator to deliver information. Teaching can be formal and informal, that is also observed in our daily life. As a student, teaching came from different people that we first had from our parents. However, inside the formal education or teaching, it involves professionalism on what are the lessons needed to comply with the teaching by the use of curriculum and lesson planning. It is usually organized inside the classroom. Despite organization, we can still acquire knowledge outside the field, especially the experiential learning that we adopt in our environment. Teaching makes me feel fulfilled as I teach to my younger neighbor, it makes me realize that teaching can be someone's passion and understanding that enables them to teach. Weshould have ideas to be shared that let the students or learners apply the different ideas we tend to share. Acknowledge the ability of the student on how they learn from different things. Moreover, Informal teaching is also helpful information that will let the youth acquire knowledge that can be used for the future purposes of the next generation. While the World emerge change, teaching should be extensive, especially for professional teachers. It refers to the  skills of the educator; however, teaching is more than sharing ideas but also serves as the guide  and facilitates the credibility of the students to be engaged and have interaction with the lessons presented. Reflective ability of the learners is one of the ideas that the educator must manipulate with the students. Through letting the student construct ideas based on the teaching this could be a way to have critical thinking skills that will associate with the patriotism or other characteristics that need to shape for learners. As a facilitator, teachers highly recommend having proper seminars and skills in delivering the information. I facilitate this process in a way that looks for the strengths and weaknesses of every student that enables me to learn different strategies that will make the learning field healthy. In the future, I will train my students in different aspects of life, especially being aware and sensitive through the happenings in the surrounding. The environment emphasizes a big role to the learnings of the students wherein it contributes with the idea of being distracted and adapted knowledge. As I experience teaching, it is a process that integrates the learning I adopted and makes me share the learnings through the next generation of our community. Being an educator, refers to being the role model and also inspiration to look for. I also usually teach the students to become participative that make them sensitive to the issues that might and have encountered. Effective teaching and facilitator begins within the educators that articulates knowledge and learnings. Technology has become an eye opener to minimize work and maximize the use of technology to deliver the learnings creatively. As a future educator/facilitator, I have seen the teaching as a commitment to serve the people and serve the nation. 

         There are various skills and innate abilities of every student that we are encountering. Skills of the students for me can’t be expected because we educators are responsible to innovate theirskills and abilities in many aspects of life. Despite innate skills and hereditary characteristics, the strategy that we need to use should be flexible to the students that helps them acquire information. While the knowledge that students obtain as the result of learning is the global aim of our quality education. One of these is Patriotism where the acquisition of knowledge is also aligned with the everlasting skills and critical thinking skills. Learning students must be perennial and also be used in a long lasting way that also contributes to the safety environment. Philippine education aims to promote the moral character, discipline and also the civic conscience of the students. This implies that the state distinguishes the knowledge that students must perceive. It made me realize that the ideas needed to share to the future students should emphasize the character development of the students that help them to use and apply it in real life and the learning I acknowledge that students may obtain is via doing the learnings in real life that will be observed to the society. Society is broad and differentiated, as it emerges that the obtained knowledge by the student should contribute to the educational learning of the students. Critical thinking skills are highly recommended to obtain as it implies the ability of the students to decide and become independent on the various issues that may emerge in the future. This skill is an eye opener to become civic competent on the issues especially global issues that face in our world. The skills are broad and usually discussed with different educational philosophies. Critical thinking skills empowers the personal and social decision of the people on the future and present issues/problems. The goals I set for the students are the goals that enable them to become participative to their community. Students are recommended to explore and identify different societal problems. Empowering their credibility to determine a solution is one of the learnings that is strong to manipulate the entails of their knowledge. As a facilitator the objectives of my strategy in delivering knowledge should also align with the learnings that i need to pursue to my students. Goals of the education specially in social studies major is flexible enough to allow students formulate their skills and ability. In secondary education, students become curious for what is happening through their life. It means that educators should more extensively discuss the different ideas in the formal and informal educational process. However, identifying the goals were respectively assigned to the curriculum that limits the ability of educators to set the personal goals for the students but the academic freedom is the right to the strategy. As an educator, the objectives that I wanted my students to pursue and learn is becoming aware through all the issues and emergence of the society.

         As a future educator, the big responsibility that I must possess is to acknowledge the learning skills of the learners. The set goals can be acquired by the students if there are various techniques that enable them to have perennial learning. Skills that students need to attain is to empower their problem solving skills with a systematic approach that leads to becoming sensitive and informed through the steps of process that need to be obtained. Social - emotional education defined as the process within learners and teachers wherein it allows the participant to recognize and manage social aspects of their lives (cohen, 2002). It is a character education that enhances the credibility of both teacher and learners to learn with each other. Analysis within the development of individuals serves as the primary goal that is wanted to acknowledge in the future. As a future educator, I wanted my students to learn to adjust to the issues they may face in the future. First I can do as a teacher is to identify their strengths and weaknesses as well as how they learn from the multiple intelligences that are presented. The strategies I can do for my future students are emphasizing the information that I need to obtain via discussing it. And give critical analysis towards the crucial issues that emerge in the information. Activities that will measure their creativity such as posters, infographics etc. The artifacts and evidence in the different activities should be observable to limit the students imagine/fantasize false reality. As technology innovates and the invention is seen, it can be equipment of the future teacher like me to minimize the labor and enhance the skills of the students. 

          The focus of my future teaching philosophy is to develop the students ability to become participative through their community and nation. As well as the ability to have personal growth that makes them actively through the crucial issues that the community pertains to. It is also relevant to have those basic skills that enhance through experiential learning and the creativity towards formal education that helps to innovate the ability to think critically. I can operationalize my teaching philosophy by being flexible enough to the different philosophies presented. As I know that there are diverse cultures and students attributes, I realize that creating an inclusive and safe environment for the students will enable them to feel welcomed and make them become participative. Some of the techniques I'll be doing to operationalize my philosophy in education will focus on empowering the students' personal and social skills that makes them aware of the decision and solution. I will also provide a latest update on subjects and problems to have dynamic critical ability to socialize and improve the civic competent students. The evidence and facts should be presented and observable to me as I discuss with my students and restrict them to the spread of false information. I understand and feel that false information is ruining the idea of the people and mass media made the false information reality. The ability to develop students' fact checking skills will innovate their critical mindedness. The influence of an educator like me in the future has a big role to shape the students' learnings. Being passionate and in love with the work teacher will enable me to deliver quality education. And being passionate about teaching is one of the important skills and personal characteristics that make me continue teaching despite the challenges and struggles that might encounter. The major I had which focused on history made me recognize that being sensitive and unbiased is one of the important things to consider because small details that become wrong will already neglect and ruin the past events that happened in the history. I should also distinguish my personal and professional opinions/perspectives to make a better quality of integration of information. The ability to become a role model serves as the guide of the students to what are the right and wrong that are seen from the society. On other hand, characteristics that may influence the student are their sensitivity to the actions that they must obtain as a student. Also, personal growth as the studentsmay emphasize skills in having self decision that affects the society and the environment. For both learners and teachers it is relevant to become interactive within each other and comply withthe call of future society. Perennial learning should be observed to attain a better community that believes that it will recommend long lasting and interrogative learning. 

       I envision myself setting the goal for the student centered learning wherein I refer to innovative so my students know me as one of their inspirations. As a teacher, professionalism is the highest goal I set up for myself. I wanted to perform in accordance with the code of ethics that made the teacher responsible. Alert and responsible teacher are also the goal characteristics that enable me to love and have passion for my work. I can accomplish these goals by loving my work and enhancing my ability to excel with my personal traits. As a second parent of the students, I must improve the performance of the students and assist them in providing development to them fulfill my obligation as an educator. From this moment I set a goal as a teacher to become.
